We keep you updated by email at every step, from the moment you order until your parcel arrives.
Order placed
You receive a confirmation email with your order summary and a link to follow your order.
We prepare it
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 business days. Custom-made pieces can take 1 to 2 months.
Shipped from Tokyo
Your parcel travels by EMS (Japan Post). We email you the tracking number as soon as it is on its way.
Delivered
EMS usually takes 2 to 14 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the customer.

See your orders and their status in your account, or use the "View your order" button in your confirmation email.
