Are the pieces dishwasher-safe?
Most of them are. You can see the care instructions on each product page, and if you are unsure about a specific piece, just ask us before you order.
Will all the pieces in my order look identical?
For restaurants we have many designs that look identical from piece to piece, and we can commit to supplying more of the same design in the future, so you can restock without worrying. Some handmade designs carry small natural variations, so tell us what matters for your venue and we will point you to the right ones.
How do I order a large quantity?
You can simply order a large quantity directly from any product page or from the Trade Shop above. If you would like help, or a mix of pieces, contact us and we will take care of it.
Do you offer business discounts?
Yes. Orders of 30 pieces or more save 10%, 60 or more save 15%, and 100 or more save 20%. Shipping is by EMS at the rate shown at checkout. Orders over $250 ship free when the EMS rate is $120 or less, and larger parcels pay the EMS rate. For express delivery (DHL or FedEx) or a custom quote, write to us and we will prepare it.
Can I try a piece before a big order?
Yes. You can order a single piece from any product page to see and handle it before committing to a larger quantity.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Japan, and we are proud to supply restaurants around the world.
What if the piece I need is not on the website?
Tell us what you are looking for. We can often source pieces that are not listed, and we can coordinate made-to-request pieces directly with the artisans who make them.
