We proudly ship worldwide from Tokyo, Japan through EMS Japan Post Office.

The Shipping price is calculated based on the size and weight of the package.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 7 business days unless mentioned differently on the product's page - for example custom made products which might take between 1-2 months, depending on the product. In the event that any items in your order are out of stock, we will hold your order and ship everything together as soon as all products are available. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, handling fees, and brokerage fees related to their order. These charges are not included in the purchase price and may vary depending on your country's regulations.

Returns

At Ishi no KA , your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product within 30 days of delivery. If the product is defective or damaged, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all original packaging intact.
