Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Tokyo, Japan, through EMS (Japan Post). The shipping price is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the package and on the destination.

Free shipping

Orders of $250 or more (after discounts) ship free with EMS when the EMS rate for the parcel is $120 or less (about 5 kg to the US). Heavier parcels pay the EMS rate shown at checkout. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 business days, unless mentioned differently on the product page. For example, custom made products can take 1 to 2 months, depending on the product. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will hold your order and ship everything together as soon as all products are available.

Delivery time and tracking

EMS delivery typically takes between 2 and 14 business days, depending on the destination. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout. Orders are sent with a tracking number.

Express delivery

Express delivery (FedEx/DHL) is available on request. Express is arranged directly with us and paid in advance, so please contact us at info.ishinoka@gmail.com before placing your order.

Customs, duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, handling fees and brokerage fees related to their order. These charges are not included in the purchase price and may vary depending on your country's regulations.
