Are the pieces dishwasher-safe?
It depends on the piece. Glaze, gold or platinum trim, wood and lacquer each need different care. Tell us which pieces you are considering and we will confirm how to care for them before you order.
Will all the pieces in my order look identical?
Each piece is made with care in Japan and has small natural variations in glaze and form. Pieces of the same design belong together, but they are not machine-identical. That is part of their character.
How do I order a large quantity?
Choose a package above and set the quantities, or open any product page and add the amount you need. For quantities beyond what is in stock, or for a mix of pieces, request a quote and we will prepare it for you.
Do you offer business discounts?
Yes. We offer special pricing for restaurants, shops and design studios, and larger orders receive volume discounts. Tell us what you need and we will prepare a personal quote.
Can I try a piece before a big order?
Yes. You can order a single piece from any product page to see and handle it before committing to a larger quantity.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Japan, and we are proud to supply restaurants around the world.
What if the piece I need is not on the website?
Tell us what you are looking for. We can often source pieces that are not listed, and we can coordinate made-to-request pieces directly with the artisans who make them.
